Paul Sidlo is a ten-time Emmy Award-winning innovator, entrepreneur, and digital strategist with a prolific career spanning multiple industries. He holds 16 U.S. patents and has founded or managed internationally recognized firms such as REZN8 and Tillster.com, which leverage emerging technologies to deliver productivity solutions across diverse sectors, including transactional retail management and services.

Sidlo has been a consultant and strategist for major corporations like Citibank, Intel, and Microsoft. His contributions to Microsoft include work on the XBOX user interface, Windows XP, Surface Computing, and the "Home of the Future" project. He also served as the creative director for five Olympic Games (Seoul, Sydney, Nagano, Albertville, Lillehammer), 13 Super Bowls, and The Academy Awards shows. Over his career, he has received more than 200 international design and technology awards.

Leadership in Digital Marketing and Animation
Sidlo is widely acknowledged as a pioneer in 3D digital marketing, animation, graphical user interfaces (GUI), company branding, and real-time viewer experiences. His company REZN8 has been instrumental in GUI design for Microsoft products such as XBOX, MSN 9 & 10, Home Media Center, Windows XP, Netflix integration, Surface Computing, and Bill Gates' CES keynote presentations.

Entrepreneurial Ventures
In addition to founding Tillster.com (recognized by Forbes in 2013 as one of “America’s Most Promising Companies”), Sidlo became President and Chief Marketing Officer of XNRGI in 2017—a company specializing in breakthrough battery storage technologies. He also serves as a business strategist for Gravicas.com, an AI-driven cloud-based platform providing secure data analytics for GDPR compliance applications.
